Transformations That Inspire
When my son Advik started coming for therapy, he was completely inattentive, very hyperactive and constantly distracted. But therapy has brought about a significant change in him. Now, his ability to sit still has improved, he listens attentively and his understanding has also developed. All of this has been possible because of therapy. I still hope to see further progress in him, especially in the area of writing.
My daughter Swara Tambe didn’t speak at all earlier. But now she responds with gestures and even tries to speak. There has also been a great improvement in her walking. The credit for this goes to the various activities conducted here. Since coming here, she has undergone many positive changes. Because of the communication with the doctors here, she has become more enthusiastic. I feel that she is now able to manage her daily tasks and seeing this gives me immense satisfaction. I believe that it is because of the affectionate behavior of the doctors that she is able to do all this. And I also hope that the doctors will continue to bring out the best in her. The staff here is also very good – they explain things clearly and are very understanding. Since coming here, I feel completely at peace.

Anokhi used to hide outside earlier, but now she doesn't do that. When called, she quickly comes—she didn’t use to come before. She and her mother used to argue a lot, but now those arguments have reduced significantly. Earlier, she would quietly take her food and go outside, but now she doesn’t do that either. Why has this improvement happened? Even her studies have improved. She has learned how to talk to people and how to speak with other children properly. When she comes back from school, she sits down to study, then eats her food and even helps with chores like washing dishes. Earlier, she wouldn’t do anything at all. Why has such a big improvement happened? I am her grandmother and I feel very happy. I believe this center should continue running successfully because right from the top to the bottom, all the people and teachers are very good. My respectful greetings to all the senior madams.

My daughter Falak Shaikh was not able to stand on her own feet earlier, but now there is significant improvement in her hands and legs. Even though I am currently suffering from loose motions, I still come here regularly. She has also started taking interest in reading and writing and we can clearly see more improvement than before. After coming here, there has also been a positive change in her behavior. I feel very happy that my daughter Falak is now making progress toward walking. I used to experience imbalance while walking and weakness in my legs. Since starting locomotor therapy, there has been significant improvement in my movements. Now, I can walk and stand on my own for a short period. Due to improved balance, incidents of falling have reduced. The movements of my legs have become more controlled and stable. The therapist’s approach has been very supportive and guiding. As I have been doing the therapy regularly every day, the difference is clearly noticeable. I feel an increase in physical strength and confidence in walking. I am gradually becoming independent in my daily activities. This therapy has proven to be very beneficial for me.
Since my son started coming to the therapy center, there has been a noticeable change. Earlier, he wouldn’t listen to anyone, used to get very angry and was even afraid to go outside. He wouldn’t help with anything at home and would raise his hand in anger. He also had no understanding of the value of money. Now, he speaks calmly and listens better. His anger has reduced to some extent. He even completes the homework given by the doctor. He listens a little now and is less irritable. The effort put in by the entire team is truly commendable.
Earlier, my son used to crawl on his knees — he didn’t know how to stand or maintain balance.
But now, gradually, he has learned to balance himself without support, which is a big
achievement for us.
He is not able to walk completely yet, but he can now stand and control his body — something
that wasn’t possible before.
The therapists guide him through the exercises very well every day and support him at every
step.
I am very happy and hopeful that my child will start walking soon.

When my brother came here, he was very inactive and didn’t show interest in anything. He had undergone a tendon release operation, after which he was unable to walk properly. With the help of therapy, he has now started walking well, exercises daily, recognizes vegetables and takes interest in all activities. The therapists have been very kind and patient while working with him and we are truly grateful for that. Now, we just hope that he learns to speak more clearly, as he still faces some difficulty in speaking. We are very satisfied with the treatment and thank the entire team wholeheartedly.
I am affected by polio. Before starting the treatment, I had neck pain and discomfort in my elbow. Thanks to the therapy, both issues have now been completely resolved. Currently, I have a bit of back pain, but the machine therapy provides great relief. I now exercise regularly and don’t face any difficulties. When I started therapy, I had weakness in my lower limbs while walking and faced difficulty maintaining balance. Due to locomotor therapy, there has been an increase in flexibility and stability in my movements. Now, I need less support while walking and walking feels easier. With improved balance, incidents of slipping have reduced. Strength and control in the legs have increased. The therapist’s guidance has been clear, empathetic and effective. Regular practice and consistent therapy have made a significant difference. As I’ve started walking with more confidence, my mindset has also become more positive. I am now able to perform daily activities more independently. This therapy has proven to be extremely beneficial and inspiring for us.
Devansh had difficulty with speech — he was unable to speak clearly. Since starting therapy, there has been noticeable improvement in his pronunciation. He has now started making an effort to speak simple words and sentences. His vocabulary is gradually increasing. Instead of using gestures for communication, he has now started using words. The guidance of the speech therapist has been very helpful. His concentration and comprehension abilities have also improved. Devansh is now eager to communicate.
